Crystal Roller and how to use your Jade Roller

Crystals have an active vibration and historically have been used to heal and energise holistically as they work on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Jade crystal rollers were used in ancient times by Mayan Egyptian, India civilisations and Chinese royalty. The crystal roller massages the facial muscles giving them lymphatic drainage and stimulation to the face muscles.

Use as a part of your morning or evening skin care routine. Wash your face and apply your usual cream, roll the Jade roller or Gua Sha in the directions shown in the enclosed guide. Use the smaller roller around the delicate areas such as under the eye. Place just enough pressure to be firm but not so that it causes discomfort. Crystals have a natural coolness and you can enhance this further by placing the tools in the fridge for a little while before use. Be sure to cleanse your crystals to maintain their vibrancy.
