Usage

Shake Smart Liner well before use. Use the soft nylon tip to draw an individual line along the eyelid as desired. Exciting and expressive: For a thicker colour application, place the pencil tip on the outer corner of the eye and blend to the inside corner of the eye. Elegant and subtle: Place the pencil tip in the middle of the eye, draw to the outer corner of the eye and then, applying less colour, place it on the inside corner of the eye and connect to the middle.
